Self-love is a regard for one’s own well-being and happiness. But, do you love yourself? We all can agree it's not just a difficult, but a strange question. Of course, I do love myself. How can you tell? I feed myself every day, pay my bills and make sure I have a place to live in. Is it enough? Yes. Is it enough for your mental health? No.
Loving yourself is not just a fancy term, it's an honest and authentic act of self-appreciation. Not many of us know how to truly care for our minds. That's why this Friday we will discuss the topic of self-care on our upcoming Instagram Live Stream (@vos.health) with Mona (@self_care_culture).
